Privacy notice

Who we are. Influx Pulse is operated by ADI UNION DMCC, a free zone company registered at the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, contact chris@influxpulse.ai.

What we collect. If you contact us, we hold the name, email address, telephone number and organisation you give us, along with the content of your message. If you become a client, we additionally process the utility billing and consumption data you provide or authorise us to obtain, and the contact details of the people we deal with at your organisation.

Why we hold it. To respond to your enquiry, to deliver the service you have engaged us for, and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Utility data. Billing and consumption data supplied by a client, or obtained under a client's letter of authority, is processed solely to deliver that client's service. It is not used for any other client, not published, and not shared with any third party other than the relevant utility or cooling provider in connection with a query raised on the client's behalf.

Where it is held. Client data is held on Microsoft Azure with access controlled per user. Specific data residency arrangements are agreed in writing with each client.

How long. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required afterwards by applicable law and the terms of that engagement.

Your rights. You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email chris@influxpulse.ai and we will respond within thirty days. Where deletion would conflict with a legal retention obligation, we will tell you which and why.

This website. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not run third-party analytics. It loads the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser including your IP address when a page loads. Nothing else is loaded from a third party.

Terms of use

Information only. The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not advice — legal, financial, regulatory or technical — and should not be relied on as though it were. Nothing here forms a contract or an offer capable of acceptance.

Regulatory references. Where we describe UAE legislation, regulation or tariff structures, we do so in good faith and to the best of our understanding at the time of writing. Regulation changes. Before acting on anything of consequence, verify the current position or take qualified advice.

No guaranteed outcome. We do not guarantee that any billing error will be found on your account, that any charge identified will be refunded, or that any saving will be achieved. Where we describe potential findings, they are possibilities identified by the method, not predictions about your estate.

Engagement terms. Any service we provide is governed by the written engagement agreed between us, not by this website. Where the two differ, the engagement agreement governs.

Intellectual property. The content, branding and design of this site belong to Influx Pulse and Influx Energy. Please do not reproduce them without permission.

External links. Where we link to a third-party site we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Disclaimer

Influx Pulse is not a utility, not a regulator, and not a licensed legal or financial adviser. We do not supply electricity, water or cooling, and we have no authority over any account other than that granted to us in writing by the account holder.

Statements on this site about market structure, refund practice or error prevalence reflect our current understanding and are labelled where they are uncertain. Where we do not know something, we have tried to say so rather than fill the gap.
